Tasting Notes: This lively Chardonnay opens with aromas of Pink Lady apple, starfruit, and peach, accented by citrus blossom and hints of jasmine. On the palate, expressive melon and lemon curd flavors mingle with nutmeg, basil, and almond, all underpinned by a bright minerality. Aromas of lemon and freshly baked rosemary bread lead into a rich passion fruit tart flavor, earning its reputation as the “Great British Bake Off” in a bottle. The wine is balanced, bright, and elegant, with a clean, flavorful finish.
