Thanks everyone for coming out yesterday for our kickoff grilling!! We are doing it again today from 11 to 2 and will be doing every Friday and Saturday for the rest of the summer from 11 to 2 unless otherwise noted!  We’re even selling Cooler bags this year so you can take your eats to the track or wherever!

It’s that time of year! We are kicking off our pop up grill this Friday June 5th from 11-2! Still playing with the menu a bit but will post tomorrow morning. We are doing Parillo’s Grillers (our amazing version of Bratwurst), and like last year hot or sweet sausage Sammies. Check back tomorrow for updates - see you at 90 Washington street in Saratoga on Friday!

We've been so busy making sausage that we haven't had time to post! We would like to thank everyone for the tremendous support at this event, and every day as we've brought the business back to life. We could not have made it this far without all of your support. Hope to see everyone later this week when we kick off our parking lot grilling season! Announcement coming today!🌭
