It was named by my children after giving them the pleasure of creating the name and being excited about their part in my beekeeping endeavors. All my honey is 100% local wildflower honey from here in Eastern NC. My honey is only strained to remove wax particules left during extracting the honey from the hives. This process ensures a clear, amber tinted honey but maintains the pollen content. The h

oney color varies throughout the year due to different nector sources for the bees but is 100% local honey with no additives to increase yield like most store bought honey.
