Meadowbrook Farm is a fifth-generation farm located in Sartell Minnesota. We sell beef directly to consumers from our farm.

The Udermann's are regenerative farmers who want to connect with consumers!

-We sell regenerative raised grass fed beef direct!

-We custom no till plant, seed cover crops, and manure hauling to farmers in Central MN.

-Funny and educational videos. Our beef is raised using regenerative practices including the following: grass fed, no till planting, cover crop, irrigation water management, nutri

ent and manure management, and reduced fertilizer/herbicides. Our farm takes great pride in conservation and were recently awarded the 2024 MASWCD Outstanding Conservationist of the year. Our farm was also 1 of the 4 finalists for the first Minnesota Leopold Conservation Award. Our farm is Minnesota water quality certified with all 5 state endorsements: Climate Smart, Intergrated Pest Mangement, Irrigation Water Management, Soil Health, and Wildlife.

🐄🌱 Moooove over ladies!
We custom interseeded a grass mix right into this pasture while the cows were still out grazing it. Even with some winter kill showing up, we can bring these pastures back to life and get them productive again.
If your hay fields or pastures took winter damage, we can interseed new grasses and legumes to thicken the stand, increase production, and keep feed in front of your livestock all season long.

Mother Nature is the ultimate decision maker. You can choose to work with her or against her.
We’ve made the decision to work alongside her through no-till, cover crops, compost, and regenerative practices that build the soil instead of degrading it.
Days like today make it hard to believe planting crops is just weeks away. You can either choose to be a grumpy A$$ and complain you can't be in the field farming or to be happy and appreciate the beauty she gives us. 🌱

Big news and announcements from the farm!

We’ve officially added a Revolution I19 drone to the operation. This is a huge step forward as we continue pushing our regenerative practices to the next level.

With this technology, we’ll be able to: foliar apply nutrients, compost extracts, sugars, and more, interseed cover crops in season, and improve efficiency while improving the soil.

On top of that, we will be offering custom spraying and spreading services.
