Our Story

Founded in May of 1975, Manea's Meats is the #1 seller of meat products in the St Cloud, Sauk Rapids, Sartell Area. Family owned and operated for 45 years, we pride ourselves in having the largest and most unique selection of brats, steaks, sausage, beef, pork, and poultry in Central Minnesota. What started as a small 11 employee ran business, 10 of whom were in the family, has now blossomed into the beautiful and prosperous business you see today. Manea’s Meats now employs over 55 people and continues to make strides to give back to a community who has given us so much. We will forever be thankful to our previous owners, Rolando and Aleida Castellanos; two immigrants from Cuba who came to America with 4 children, having to leave 1 behind, and a dream to create a bright and joyful life for their family. Now currently owned by daughter Alina Manea with husband Donald Manea and son Juan Castellanos with wife Marion Castellanos. Alina, Don, and Juan have been in the business and owners since the beginning.
