What's for dinner? Using some of our fresh farm raised ground beef from our Murray grey cattle. Robert's mom, Carolyn, always made these! "Hobo Patties "..... So easy, delicious, and healthy! You can actually make them on the open fire ( when you go camping), make on the grill, or in the oven! I made these in the oven. Here is how to make them!!!! Season 2 lbs of your hamburger meat and mix in. Form patties and put each one in individual piece of foil along with veggies and seasonings and fold to seal. Put foil packets in a shallow pan in case the juice runs out. Before hand, I prepped the onions, potatoes, carrots, squash, and zucchini. Add that and whatever else you want to each packet along with some all- seasoning, pepper and garlic powder. You can add bell pepper, garlic and whatever you like! Yum! So good and juicy!!!! Thank you to my sister, Kim Wolf Hemmi for the fresh potatoes, squash and zucchini!

Yummy hamburger, beef cuts, pork cuts and breakfast sausage!
