When we first started out, our goal was simply to grow veggies, microgreens and sprouts for our own family dinners. We started giving away greens and herbs to friends and family as gifts and eventually started a small-scale, neighborhood "produce stand", selling greens from a cooler on our front porch. Since then, we've expanded into a multi-dollar operation with quarterly profits of over $14! It'
