We’re here for you every Saturday, rain or shine from 9am-1pm. May 2 - November 21. We are open rain or shine every Saturday morning from 9am to 1pm.

Organic produce, sustainable meats, pastured-raised eggs, artisanal foods, live music and local prepared foods! The Scott’s Valley Farmers’ Market is located at the Joe and Linda Alberti Clubhouse/Scotts Valley Boys & Girls Club located at 5060 Scotts Valley Drive. At the peak of the season, there are over 30 regional farms and local food vendors at the market. We also host weekly live music. Directions available here:

Hey all you SV Farmers' Market fans. Tomorrow, 11/22, is the last round of the 2025 season. Come out to show your love and pick up your last round of groceries and treats. This market has run for over 15 years, May through late November, feeding and nourishing all who pass through. Thank you for making it possible by supporting the farms, food businesses and artists who sell with us. To many more years!!!

We are in PEAK SEASON folks. The tables are overflowing with tomatoes, sweet corn, squash, peppers, alliums and stone fruit.
We are celebrating the turn toward fall on September 27th with FREE, FOODIE, FRUITY WREATH MAKING! We've done it before and we're doing it again - come out and mark this sweet time of the year with dried blooms and fruit from local farms.

Get your creativity on, then wander the market making stops at the art table and face painting. Santa Cruz Public Libraries offers a market hunt – learn foodie facts, talk to farmers and win a basket of strawberries. You’ll find live music, a variety of fresh fruits and veggies and all the standard joys of this sweet neighborhood market. Saturday 9am-1pm.

Hey good people of the mountain towns. Tuesday, September 9th, the Felton Farmers' Market hosts APPLEFEST 1:30-5:30p! Let's crush some apples, taste some juice, make some pie, win prizes and get into apple art. There will be face painting. There will be a market hunt with the Santa Cruz Public Libraries. There will be all of the harvests of the late summer and delicious meals too.

Mountain Feed & Farm Supply hosts a FREE workshop on APPLE PIE FILLING. Taste the finished pie with a dollop of ice cream from The Penny Ice Creamery. The class runs 3-4p.

Live Earth Farm and Casalegno Family Farm donate cases of apples to press into juice, take a turn at the crank.

Helllllooooo summer! The solstice is behind us and we carry on, glorying in these long days and all the fruit it brings us. Let's celebrate at the SUMMER TIME FoodShed Project event at the Scotts Valley Market - Saturday, June 28, 9a-1p. Make art with the Scotts Valley Boys & Girls Club, get your face painted, listen to live music and visit the Santa Cruz Public Libraries for a scavenger hunt, prizes and to learn about their summer programming.

We'll be hosting a SALSA TASTING - try plums, nectarines and strawberries in your salsa. Taste it, learn how to make it and then buy what you need to do it at home. Get on the bike blender and pedal away, the results, a pedal powered smoothie made with seasonal fruit from the market. This event is for everyone, ages four to 104. May 3, Saturday 9a-1p, Scotts Valley Market. This is a soft opening; The Penny Ice Creamery will be serving FREE mini scoops 11a-1p to mark the occasion.

May 6, Tuesday, 1:30-5:30p, Felton Market. Per tradition, maybe 20 years of it, the Felton Market kicks off with a STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE give away and all kinds of fun festivities. Join for a market hunt and prizes with the Santa Cruz Public Libraries, art making, bike blending (thanks Ecology Action), face painting and grocery shopping!

The Felton Market hosts it's last day Tuesday, October 29th, 1:30-5:30p. Come show us what this market means to you, say thank you and fill up your bags one more time. The Scotts Valley Market continues through November 23rd, Saturdays 9a-1p and hosts Fruity, Foodie Wreath Making on November 9th. This FREE FoodShed Project event gets you going - spend some time embracing the season and enjoying all the festivities.

These seasonal markets are a special gift to the community. Enjoy them while they last. The Westside, Downtown SC and Live Oak markets are open year round.

Chef Jessica Yarr of The Grove Bakery and Cafe teaches a free VEGETABLE BUTCHERY workshop, 3-4p. KERMIT the bicycle, book-mobile from the Santa Cruz Public Libraries offers an apple scavenger hunt – learn foodie facts, talk to farmers and win a basket of strawberries. You’ll find live music, face painting, organic apples for sale and all the standard joys of this sweet neighborhood market.
