I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at tinker street* in Indianapolis this evening.
The Sea bass Ceviche and Shrimp with Tandoori Ravioli were both amazing. David provided excellent service and ensured I steered clear of all my allergens!
And I’m staying in a room at this cute Airbnb close to where I have to be for WISH-TV filming 🎥 tomorrow at 6am!
Enjoy the photos! Early night for me 😴 Headed home after the filming for continuation of our Passager sauce large scale trials!

Hey everyone, guess what is up next!

I will be traveling to Indianapolis to be live on TV this Saturday 🙌 I’m excited and nervous equally!

I will be talking about my business Willow Creek Acres and how we’ve grown from being a part of Rural Roots Road Tour with the market cart to the transition to the pepper farm and creation of our Passager pepper sauces and build of our commercial kitchen on the farm.

Seed to bottle, limited ingredients, no allergens or preservatives in our shelf stable pepper sauces. We make each pepper flavor shine, that’s our goal!

WISH-TV features local Hoosier businesses, farmers, and makers every Saturday on its "Daybreak" morning broadcast in partnership with Indiana Grown

Live at 6:40am and 7:40am with a recording available later on the app or website which I will share link next week.

The weekly segment shines a light on diverse regional agricultural producers, artisans, and family-owned enterprises across the state—ranging from specialty farms and florists to bakeries and natural skincare makers.

This is a wonderful opportunity to help us grow! We are able to ship within Indiana and getting our E-Commerce site available for you by mid to end September!
