🚨Clean Sandwich Shop Now Open!
Late last year, we met Suzi & JT when they came into Firefly for the first time and told us about their visions for a different kind of clean meat market. They just opened their doors a few weeks ago, and they're crushing the sandwich game!
Hook N’ Cleaver Market was created with a purpose. When Suzi and JT opened the doors on June 16th, their vision was bigger than simply opening another neighborhood market—they wanted to create a place where the community could shop fearlessly, knowing the food and products they bring home are rooted in clean ingredients and thoughtful standards. From seed oil-free foods to carefully selected products, Hook N’ Cleaver is about making clean eating easier, more accessible, and something you can genuinely feel good about. We’re incredibly excited to welcome our community through the doors, share what we’ve built, and grow Hook N’ Cleaver into a neighborhood destination for real food, clean products, and better everyday choices.
At Hook N’ Cleaver Market, quality and freshness are at the heart of everything we offer. Our meat counter features an exceptional selection of Prime beef cuts, with grass-raised, grass-finished beef for customers looking for clean, thoughtfully sourced options. Our fresh fish is delivered three to four times a week, & we carry organic chicken from Mary's so there’s always something fresh to bring home for dinner. Need something ready now? Grab one of our convenient pick-up-and-go meals or fresh salads, or stop by the kitchen for a fresh sandwich made to order. Best of all, our kitchen is 100% scratch-made and seed oil free—because we believe great food starts with real ingredients, careful preparation, and absolutely no shortcuts.

Chef Kevin's Mediterranean Bowls were 🔥🔥🔥
What a fun day last week on Fri Aug 7. Chef Kevin prepared 50 Mediterranean Chicken Bowls, and we sold out by 12:30pm. 😮
It went great, and Chef Kevin will be back again next week, on Fri Aug 21, from 10am-2pm... Can't wait to taste what he serves up next!
