Unfortunately I just can’t do it anymore. The property in the pics is a goldmine. But I have too much on my plate. It’s six lots, zoned M1 (light industrial), grandfathered into both the city of Scranton & Lackawanna County, centrally located to public transportation, 2 Headstarts, 3 schools, laundromats, absolutely anything you need too much to list. It holds dual zoning permits (commercial & residential), and is within walking distance of the Shoppes at Montage, The Live Nation Pavilion Concert Center, PNC Field (AAA Yankees), 3 Housing developments, Rocky Glen Commercial Office Complexes, post offices, hotels, tons of bars & restaurants, museums, movies, parks & trails, the brand new Peterbilt facility at the montage mountain exits of 81. There is also an empty lot next to it available for sale. They’ve been planning for decades to put another exit off of 81 and once the Peterbilt complex is complete so will the new exit. Would be perfect for so many things but PRIME for a Gas Station/Convenience store. It was a great neighborhood convenience store since 1952, constructed by my husbands father, with a huge 3 bedroom ranch upstairs, the deli was a bar, then in 1991 we added an attached apartment and converted it into an apartment. I opened it in 2002 as a take out and delivery restaurant and within 3 months it was paying for itself, my household bills and allowing me to spend money freely on anything I wanted.
