Our path to the cooperative has been long and full of great insights from growers within the AANHPI community. A month hardly seems like enough time to pay gratitude to this part of our co-ops heritage, so we are eternally grateful for their education in all things Ag! 🥭🥬🌶️🍠🍆

From .k.farms delicious tropical fruit production in Hilo, HI to , and here in WA, we love to learn from those who know best. Our food would not be the same without your food(and hard work). Even the brothers' Nana Isabel growing the superfood malunggay in her backyard.🫰🏽🫰🏽🫰🏽

We are so grateful to have been featured on Seattle Refined again now that we are settling into our brick and mortar. ☺️

During Covid we had the pleasure of chatting with while trying to navigate those difficult times as a food business. It was great to reconnect with him at the restaurant and share how our food and our ethos have evolved.

Thank you so much for staying engaged with our little co-op biz and teaching Seattlites about our passion for cooking, community and locally sourced foods🙏🏽

Happy birthday to this real one. Pidgin’s Beverage Director has never worked in restaurants before, but you wouldn’t know it by the way he rather seamlessly slid into the job, literally going from zero to building his first ever bar, showing off his natural hospitality chops and professional penchant for the best tasting beer, wine and literally everything else.

He contains multitudes with equal kindness + love—friend, brother, husband, uncle, son, bandmate, and general all around homie. Come tip your hat, give a hug, shake a hand to this dude on today, his birthday, where he’ll be working all day sharing his passion in making this dream come true. We love you Spence 😘😘😘😘

One of our primary goals has always been (and will always be) to source locally and seasonally, highlighting ingredients from small farms here in Washington state. We thought you might be interested in seeing some breakdowns of where your food is coming from when you eat at Pidgin Cooperative, and we're kicking it off with a classic... the Animal Ramen!

Food... You love it, we love it. 😍

Just as the sun moves around our space, it offers a rotation-of-anticipation for the next month's earthly delights!

Stoked for our first in the co-op. Some things are staying, some things are going. 🐟🐟🐟

Preserve past veg to compliment new dishes 🌿🌸 Our menu format will also look a little different at the counter as we prepare to welcome this transition in the harvest. 🌤️
