We started developing this green Sichuan peppercorn hot sauce in 2023. Three years in and we’re still very into it. 🌶️

Made with certified organic Chinese chili peppers we grow ourselves on our three-acre family farm in Sebastopol, California - Er Jing Tao, Xiao Mi La, our own Sichuan Cross and Korean chilis.

It’s mild, citrusy and floral with that classic Sichuan peppercorn tingle and gentle numbness that builds with each bite. 🍋‍🟩 This is our most approachable sauce in our sauce line.

Use it on: Eggs, pizza, burritos, tacos, nachos, burgers, congee, steamed fish, dumplings, avocado toast.

Harvests for FEED Cooperative Sebastopol Farmers Market , views of our expanded chrysanthemum patch, fruiting Sichuan peppercorn bushes, so many flowers, someone needs to harvest my chamomile, and saving bittermelon seeds!
