We want to address a question we get often: “How do you make sure our deer isn’t mixed with anyone else’s?”
The answer is straightforward — we process one deer at a time, from the moment it hits our table until the very last cut is complete. We do not multitask animals, we do not rush, and we do not take shortcuts. Each deer receives our full attention so every customer gets exactly what they brought in.
This approach means we may not be the fastest shop around, and that’s intentional. Precision, cleanliness, and integrity take time. We refuse to compromise the quality of your product just to move quicker.
