We want to address a question we get often: “How do you make sure our deer isn’t mixed with anyone else’s?”
The answer is straightforward — we process one deer at a time, from the moment it hits our table until the very last cut is complete. We do not multitask animals, we do not rush, and we do not take shortcuts. Each deer receives our full attention so every customer gets exactly what they brought in.

This approach means we may not be the fastest shop around, and that’s intentional. Precision, cleanliness, and integrity take time. We refuse to compromise the quality of your product just to move quicker.

We take pride in the work we do and the trust you place in us.

Alright y’all… we love deer season as much as anybody, but we also love sleep, sanity, and not having a buck show up at our door at 3am like it’s DoorDash.

So here it is ONE MORE TIME for the people in the back:

🦌 DEER DROP-OFF HOURS: 10 AM – 8 PM
Not 9:59… not “I’m 5 minutes out bro”…
10 AM – 8 PM.

We promise—bring it during those hours and we’ll take care of your deer like it’s going to the butcher shop Olympics. 🥇

🚨 Deer Season Update – Please Read & Share! 🚨

We’re rolling into opening day of rifle season this Saturday, and we’re ready for every deer you bring our way! At our shop, we take pride in doing a top-notch, clean, and professional job on every animal — quality you can trust from drop-off to pick-up.

📌 Important Drop-Off Hours:
🕙 We ONLY accept deer from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
❌ No drop-offs before 10 AM
❌ No drop-offs after 8 PM
These hours help us keep turnaround fast and quality high for everyone.

So get those rifles sighted in, good luck out there this weekend, and when you get one down — bring ’em on by!

Ladies and gentlemen… behold 62 lbs of ground venison from the biggest deer of the year. Yes — the customer wanted a full grind, and yes… that includes the tenderloins and backstraps. I tried to talk him out of it, but he said “grind it all,” and my soul left my body for a second. 😭😂

For our $150 whole-deer grind, that comes out to about $2.08 a pound — which is a steal… even if watching those backstraps go through the grinder wasn’t. 😵‍💫

Wrapped up my own doe this week — harvested with the black powder. Broke her down into stew meat, a roast, tenderloins, backstraps steaked out, and plenty of grind for burger. Always a great feeling processing your own harvest start to finish and seeing nothing go to waste. We don’t do our deer any differently than our customers — no waste, ever.
