Come see these cuties tomorrow (Wednesday, Nov. 26th) at the Seneca Meat Market and help support some good causes!

We’ve been reading the “Pay it Forward” book this year, and this is one of their projects they’ve decided to do to help “pay it forward”! These kids have planned the event and who they wanted to “pay it forward to”, made the goodies for sale, and helped design the ad! To say they’re excited is an understatement! So if you’re in need of a warm drink, sweet treat, fresh walnuts, dilly beans, etc., OR need a homemade, Mary Rottinghaus-style pie to bring to Thanksgiving dinner, they’ve got you covered! ☺️

🎄DEADLINE FOR DONATING IS FRIDAY!!! 🎄

Please consider stopping by the Seneca Meat Market and donating some hamburger or ground pork to the Nemaha County Christmas Bureau Christmas Store! A pound or two of ground meat can go a long way in helping feed a family this holiday season, especially as grocery bills continue to climb! Our hamburger is currently $5.75/lb and is 90/10 lean, so you can be sure you are donating a quality product at a great price. Our ground pork is $3.00/lb, which is a great, cost-saving alternative to beef.

Have a cow or hog that just got butchered and you don’t have enough room for it all in the freezer? Consider donating any excess you have at home! We are willing to take anything that has been frozen for up to 6 months!

This is a great way to give back in a meaningful way to our local community! Stop by and see us M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or Venmo us! We are accepting donations until December 5th!

Remember, too, that farmers can contribute the excess beef in their freezer to this, as well! As long as it hasn’t been frozen for more than 6 months!
