NOW HIRING – Front Counter Lead (Full-Time)
Stiller’s Meats & Smokehouse is looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our team at the front counter.
🕘 Full-Time Position
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with people, and taking initiative throughout the day.
What You’ll Do:
Greet customers as they walk in the door
Help customers and answer questions about our products
Build product knowledge to confidently assist customers
Work in the front kitchen preparing sandwiches for lunch and dinner orders
Keep front inventory stocked and organized
Keep the front area clean and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
Someone who naturally takes initiative and enjoys being a go-to person when things need handled
Strong reliability and a sense of responsibility
Good communication and a positive attitude with customers
Ability to stay productive and focused throughout the shift
You’ll be a key part of keeping the front of the store running smoothly throughout the day.
