We have a new batch of rabbit in!
Besides our amazing hams and other special items, we also have whole rabbits processed right here in Illinois for $12.00/lb.
(Just maybe don't tell the Easter Bunny... 🐰😬😉)

We have plenty of our Award-Winning Sugar Cured Hickory Smoked Bone-in Hams in the store! Stop in and take a look, or give us a call to reserve one!
We're here 7am-5:30pm M-F, 8am-noon on Saturdays.

Need more info? Keep reading for some tips:

*When choosing the size we recommend allowing 3/4 lb. - 1 lb. per person. Of course feel free to alter this depending on how much leftover you want, the appetites of guests, etc.

*This is not a water added ham like what you would find in many other stores. Because of this, please follow the directions (included with a spice packet) so it's not overcooked. We recommend low and slow cooking. If you heat it quickly at a high heat it could make it drier and very salty as the moisture evaporates.
Also due to this we do not have spiral sliced, just our regular bone-in ham that you can get either as a whole ham or a half ham.

We have been working hard and have expanded our slaughter capacity for the next few months. At this time we have openings for cattle available in February, March and April 2026. We will continue to keep working toward more openings in the future!
To get on the schedule, just give us a call.

It's time to place your order for Eickman's Annual February Hog Special!
The cost is $720.00 for a whole hog or $380.00 for a half hog.

This includes the cuts and cured meat of your choice (chops, hams, roasts, bacon, etc.) and sausage (brats, breakfast sausage, Italian, and more. *Little links are extra).
Orders can be placed any day in February to get this deal.
Don't be late! After February 28th, you cannot get this pricing.

UPDATE: We are out of hams in the store for today (if you did not reserve one ahead of time)!
We will have more in the store at approximately 8:00am tomorrow (Christmas Eve) and we'll be here until noon that day.
You can however pick up a smoked turkey, get a Prime Rib Roast (you can even call and have us cut you one today), etc.
And don't forget stocking stuffers like Gift Certificates, Sauces and Seasonings, Meat Thermometers, and more.

UPDATE: After unprecedented ham sales this year, we are running low on hams, though we still have some! BUT we do have another batch coming out to the store on Monday morning, and we have plenty of SMOKED TURKEYS along with other options like Prime Rib, Tenderloin, and more (Please call ASAP to order those beef roasts to ensure we have one in the size you would like).

Don't forget those other gifts and stocking stuffers like Gift Cards, Meat Thermometers, and Seasoning or BBQ Sauce Gift Packs.
