Pork Tenderloin Tacos

1 ½ lbs pork tenderloin thinly sliced into 1/8-inch strips
olive oil or avocado oil
lime juice (2-3 limes)
Honey
cloves garlic minced
ground cumin, chili powder
paprika, dried oregano, kosher salt
corn or flour tortillas more if double wrapping

When you forget to tell your son to feed the cattle before school… and your husband is already long gone before daybreak for his day job… you gotta figure it out. 😂

Might not be pretty, but I got ’er done! 💪🏼🐄

And yes, I sped this up to save you the grief of watching me attempt this in slow motion in real time. 😂 Because clearly, I am not that great at this cattle-feeding thing.

There's a reason I run the store and my guys do the cattle feeding. 🤪
