When I first started Ellie, my earliest supporters were the community around me—many of them devoted dark roast drinkers. And across America, dark roast still holds strong as the go-to cup …bold, smoky, and familiar.

While I naturally gravitate toward the brightness of light roasts, creating Trash Bandit has been a fun challenge. I’m excited to add this bold, balanced dark roast to the Ellie Coffee lineup—made for those who like their coffee strong, smooth, and just a little mischievous 😈
