OUR 80/20 GROUND BEEF IS $7 PER POUND AND $6.50 PER POUND FOR 20+. We apologize for the increase but it is necessary as the cost of production has been consistently rising.
BEEF—80/20 ground beef, 1/3 pound or 1/4 pound hamburger patties, 100% beef hot dogs and beef/pork hot dogs, filet, ribeye steak, Picanha, ny strip steak, t bone steak, sirloin steak, skirt steak, flat iron steak, cubed steak, short ribs, brisket (3.5-7 pounds per 1/2 brisket), chuck roast, sirloin tip roast, tri tip roast (7 roast), rump roast, hanging tender roast, stew meat, heart, bones, tallow.
PORK—1/2” and 1” thick bone in pork chops, cured bacon, 10 slabs baby back ribs (3 pound slabs), fresh pork belly whole 2 or 4 pounds each, fresh sliced pork belly/bacon, Boston butt roast(4-5 pounds each), boneless pork loin (2-3 pounds each), bratwurst (jalapeño cheddar , pineapple teriyaki, original, sweet Italian, mild Italian), breakfast sausage (sweet Italian, mild Italian, medium, hot, maple, chorizo, unseasoned ground pork)
CHICKEN—boneless breast, tenders ($17 per pound), wings, bone in thighs, legs, whole chickens (4-5 pounds), whole chickens (5+ pounds), whole chickens (3-4 pounds), ground turkey, soup bones, livers, feet
