When Holloway Hams stopped producing double smoked hams my father went to work experimenting to get a product similar to their fine hams. After a few tries he had a pretty darn good product. Ihave since taken his technique and added my own twist to it. At Exum's Double Smoked Country Hams we take Broadbent's award winning country ham and smoke them for hours and hours over local KY hickory to prod

uce a country ham that you can shred like pulled pork. This pulled ham can be served cold on salads, reheated and served plain, on sandwiches or anyway you can imagine. Also if ground and whipped with a little mayo and mustard it makes a great ham spread! And of course the skin and bones can be used to make a delicious batch of soup or braised greens! All our hams are smoked in small batches to order. Also we are here to provide any help or suggestions you may need to serve your ham! please email or call to inquire about price as it can vary.
