**YOU SOLD US OUT LAST TIME**
Last time we did a sandwich pop-up, we sold out before 11 AM. So this Saturday, we’re coming prepared with DOUBLE the meats and $5 HOT ITALIAN BEEF SANDWICHES!

For everyone who has been following along waiting for our surprise… here it is!

We’ll be at the CaddyShack Saturday from 9–12 with $5 sandwiches while supplies last. Get ahold of us ahead of time and we’ll reserve your lunch!

Grab a few for the farmers in your life, bring lunch home for the kids so nobody has to cook, pick some up for your loved ones—or just come get one for yourself.

While you’re here, stock the freezer with meat for the family too. Last time they were gone before 11… this time we doubled it. Let’s see if you can do it again!

**What Can’t Holly Do**
Holly is a trooper through every part of our crazy days, and somehow she’s always right there in the action. Whether it’s helping with the farm, the CaddyShack, keeping all of us straight, or jumping in wherever she’s needed—we count on her endlessly and she always shows up.

We’re pretty sure she’s busier now than she ever was as a teacher, but we think she loves it. Especially when being busy means getting to be Oma to her grandsons along the way.

There’s a whole family behind what we do, and Holly is a pretty big piece of keeping it all moving!

Happy Labor Day from all of us at the CaddyShack! Around here there is always something going on between the cattle, crops, kids, shop and everything else that comes with the farm!

We truly love what we do and getting to share more and more of it with all of you makes it even better. Thank you to everyone who comes through our doors, buys our meat, follows along and supports our family farm. We couldn’t do any of this without you!

We’ve got A LOT going on right now. Hunsinger Ag Solutions was out using an ag drone to spray turnips for our cover crop before we make corn silage next week. The goal is simple—keep nutrients in the ground and build fertility for what comes next.

We love partnering with local businesses and showing you everything that goes into raising the food that eventually ends up on your family’s table. From the field to the freezer, you get to see it all at The CaddyShack!

Why search out locally raised meat and produce? Because there’s a big difference between food raised down the road and food shipped hundreds or thousands of miles to get here.

**Closing Out August Strong**
What a weekend! We had a great time at Watseka Family Weekend and even had family and friends visiting from out of town. There’s nothing better than showing them a little of the farming lifestyle and why we love doing what we do.

We’re closing out August extremely strong at The CaddyShack. More first-time customers are walking through our doors, more people are following along, and our little family business continues to grow.

Now we’re heading into September with a lot of excitement and plenty planned before the holiday season gets here. Thank you for continuing to support our family farm and giving our meats a place at your family’s table!

**A Good Small Town Weekend**
We love weekends like this! Start your Friday by coming out to the CaddyShack and loading up on meats for the weekend. We’ve already had a TON of preorders for tonight, so we’re expecting a busy one! We have a wide selection of burgers, steaks, pork and plenty more ready to go.

Then head over to Watseka’s Family Festival where Woodby’s Catering will be cooking all weekend long!

Tomorrow, come out to The CaddyShack 9-12 and keep the small-town fun rolling with the Fried Green Tomatoes Tractor Pull in the morning (we will NOT be there cooking unfortunately), followed by Rodney Atkins with Eddie Montgomery tomorrow night!

Good food, live music, tractor pulls and a whole lot of familiar faces. These are the weekends we love!
