Don’t know about you but we were always taught not to show up empty handed. If we were invited somewhere we were taught to bring a “hostess gift”. Some small something that expressed our gratitude for asking us into their home.
Also, as a host we were taught it’s nice to send your guests home with a small token of appreciation to thank them for coming.

Either way- We’re here to help! What could be nicer than a jar of homemade jelly or local honey, a nicely wrapped treat for the road, or an organic lip balm?
