Ubriaco Pinot Rosé is a firm cow milk cheese from Italy that’s soaked in a dry sparkling rosé wine. After the wine bath, the cheese is aged in a barrel filled with rose petals. When it’s done aging, to finish the cheese off, the rind is topped with a sprinkling of dried rose bud petals. It has a light and fruity aroma with a distinct floral note. Our cases are fully stocked up, so swing by and grab some treats for the long weekend!
