Boy it was a cold one today! Even the deer seem to think so! They are scared stiff!

It’s been a great week so far and we’re back in the shop at 8 am tomorrow to see what the second Saturday has in store!!!! Can’t wait to see what everyone brings in!!!

Happy Monday Hunters! We appreciate the great first weekend and encourage you to continue bringing in deer. No advance confirmation is necessary, as we accept deer at all times. Rest assured that all deer are kept in a cooler at a temperature below 40 degrees to guarantee safety until processing. After processing, they are stored in the freezer until pickup.

Please note that the shop is open all day for drop-offs, but staff will be available for pickups at 4:30. If you have any questions, please call the after-hours phone at 570-256-7726.

What an awesome first day! So many hunters stopped by said “hi” 👋! They hung out with us and brought in some really nice deer!! Today is Day 2 and we’ve already seen some nice buck coming through the doors!

We’re in the shop all day until about 8 tonight, but we have after hours drop off available! Come on Bye, have a chat and show us what ya got! Can’t wait to see what today has to offer!!!

The highly anticipated start of deer season has finally arrived, with tomorrow marking the first day. We are eager to welcome our valued customers and witness the results of their hunting efforts.

Our shop will be open throughout the day, fully prepared to receive deer drop-offs.

Please note that if we are unavailable for any reason, we accept deer drop-offs 24/7 and provide instructions for drop-offs when no one is present.

Our hours for the first week, which are for pick-up only, as we are always open for drop-offs:

Saturday and Sunday: 8 am to 9 pm
Monday: 4:30 pm to 9 pm
Tuesday: 8 am to 9 pm
Wednesday: 4:30 pm to 9 pm
Thursday: 4:30 pm to 9 pm
Friday: 4:30 pm to 9 pm

We regret to announce the passing of Carl Hartman, who died peacefully yesterday. Carl (Pop) was a central figure & the heart in our shop. His memory and contributions will be remembered. During this time, our family is addressing the circumstances related to his loss, and as a result, our operating hours may be temporarily adjusted. Good morning hunters. The wait is over, and the 2025 archery 🏹 season officially begins today. We are delighted to be a part of the excitement surrounding this occasion.

We're back for our 43rd season and archery kicks off tomorrow!🏹🦌
Although we're not always in the shop during archery season, we still accept deer for processing—just follow instructions on the door or call us with questions.

Don't believe the Rumors! We’re back and gearing up for our 43rd Season and ready to kick off Archery this Saturday! 🦌 🏹🎯

As typical for archery season we may not be in the shop, but we are always accepting deer for processing! Instructions are on the door and as always any questions just give us a call!

Please note the number for us is depending on days and times!

The 570-256-3804 should be used as a last resort as it is also the house phone for my grandparents who are officially retired from deer!!!

Also please note there is a price change for the 2025 season! We are working on updating the page to reflect this change!
