I have been in the food industry for 44 years – including grocery store department management, wholesale, processing, and owning my own business since 2001. My mission is to provide the very best fish, beef, pork, and chicken available. I will not cut corners to try to compete with lesser competition. Sourcing from experienced suppliers like Samuel's & Son Seafood, Bell & Evans chicken, and handling only USDA Choice Certified Angus beef, has allowed me to do just that. Unsurpassed quality and freshness has always been my trademark, and always will be.
