Shirley Center Farmer's Market This does not exist any more !!!!!

The Center Town Hall Committee along with promotional partner, The Bull Run Restaurant, presents the best of quaint New England with the launch of the newly
developed Shirley Center Farmer’s Market (SCFM) in July 2012. The SCFM will take place each Thursday from 4 to 8pm beginning in mid-July on Shirley Center’s beautiful grassy Common surrounded by the historic Center Town Hall
and Meeting House.

The Center Town Hall Committee will manage the market and all proceeds from the vendor fees will be put into an account held by the Shirley Charitable
Foundation. Those fees in turn will be used to promote the farmer’s market and other Shirley Center Common events sponsored by the committee.
“The Shirley Center Common provides the perfect setting for our weekly farmer’s market,” said organizer and Center Town Hall Committee chair Jodie Rachman. “We
plan to have farmers/vendors who can offer locally grown and/or produced products, baked goods, meats and fish, cheeses, honey and maple syrup, potted plants, cut flowers, and crafts that can serve a functional purpose.”
“The historic Common holds a special place in our heart,” said Bull Run owners Alison Guercio and George Tocci. “Supporting the local farmers by using their product is the
Bull Run’s mission and we are excited to help get the Shirley Center Farmer’s Market off the ground!”
Each week along with our vendor’s offerings, the SCFM will offer live music on the Common’s outdoor stage and a food court with a delightful variety of summer foods to

After running the Shirley Center Farmer's Market for five years, Jodie is retiring. That means there will be NO FARMER'S MARKET in Shirley Center in 2017. That is, unless someone steps up to run it.
