It is with profound sorrow that we share the news that Victoria Valley Orchard's former owner passed away on March 12. 2025.

She and her husband 'Pap' built their Orchard and home from the ground up in 1966 and the orchard ran until 2022.

We are so grateful for all of the employees, friends neighbors and customers who helped keep the place going over the years, especially after Pap passed away in 2006 Our deepest gratitude goes to Julia and Scott Scholl who went far above and beyond being neighbors and employees. Their kindness shall never be forgotten

It is with deep sadness that we announce Victoria Valley Orchard has closed indefinitely.

This was an extremely painful decision for the Papenheim family and we don't know the future of the property at this time. We ask for privacy as we make these tough decisions. (BTW: Molly is doing fine, but is no longer able to run the Orchard at 92!)

We have loved sharing this beautiful Orchard with our community since 1966 and have cherished the friends we've made along the journey.

Join us for our last weekend of the season this Friday 9am - 2pm; Saturday or Sunday 9am - 5pm (closing earlier this weekend).

We have many favorite varieties available, including Chieftan, Haralson, Honeygold, Honeycrisp and more. Plus, we'll be offering full bushel specials on Haralson, Regent and Cheiftan -- just $45.

Its going to be another beautiful weekend to visit the Orchard!

We've recently added some of our favorites: Cheiftan, Honeygold, and Haralson.

Plus we've got a couple of full bushel specials (great for those who'd like to try out some of the recipes from The Victoria Vally Orchard Cookbook😊) on Redwell or Red Cortland - only $35! (A bushel of apples weighs about 40lbs.)

Starting tomorrow, our very own sweet, juicy yellow apple variety, Papy's Pride will become available. This apple was developed by late owner, Donald (Papy) Papenheim. Available in limited quantity.

We've also got Prairie Spy this weekend.
..AND a new shipment of Orchard owner, Molly Papenheim's, Victoria Valley Orchard Cookbook has arrived and will be available while supplies last.

The colors at the Orchard are gorgeous right now! We're open tomorrow 9am - 2pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am - 6pm.

Great deal this weekend for any bakers out there: full bushel of McIntosh or Redwell only $40. (A bushel is about 40 lbs.)
