Happy Fall Everyone!!! I just wanted to invite anyone that would like some fresh comfrey leaves to come and get some before the freeze on Tuesday. We have been working on harvesting and there is so much we would love to share in our harvest. Just come by during shop hours and we guide you in getting some comfrey. Hello Everyone!!!
Just wanted to let you know that we are excited to announce that Open Spaces Yoga Center & Sunshine Herbs are putting on a workshop (see attached flyer). As spring is approaching its a great time to do some cleaning not just around the house, but some cleaning within ourselves. It should be a great time to learn, practice, and have the support that we need as we transition into more healthy habits with the changing season.
- Please note that this is a 2 session workshop with the 1st session
on March 20th & the second session on March 27th. The cost is $40.00 and will include yoga practice, product samples, healthy tips and information about cleansing, and a great time in a safe environment whether your in the studio or at your home watching on zoom.

HELLO!!!
Its been awhile since the last post...the store has still been staying busy (thanks to all our customers and there continued support, we are so blessed to have you all). We were hoping to kick off a farmers market this month and through the summer, but with all the guidelines and restrictions put in place at this unprecedented time (concerning the COVID-19) we are probably going to have to wait til next year. We will keep you all informed if things change. On a different note, we have continued to expand on products both food and supplements in the store and have some great new supplements lines (Herbs Etc., Paradise, and Ion Biome (previously Restore)). The garden is also coming along nicely and we will be looking forward to the fruits of our labor and offer some local grown produce in the future for customers to purchase. As things continue to unfold and uncertainty seems to be the theme, I hope that you all stay healthy, take time to get out in the sunshine and see all the beauty around us and remember to BREATHE! Let us NOT live in fear (as its been proven to lower the immune system) but live in love and gratitude and be in the present because it really is such a gift.

* IMPORTANT NOTICE - PLEASE READ*

HELLO ALL!!!
Its been crazy busy at the store lately and we felt it was time to share what we are doing and what we will be implementing to keep our staff and customers as safe as possible under these uncertain and new times for us all.
- We have been sanitizing doors, counters, and work stations throughout the day and keeping the diffuser's goings to keep the air clean
- We will be using masks and gloves while bagging all products in the store.
- Our staff will be regularly washing their hands and have been asked to wear gloves throughout the day. They have also been offered masks to wear if needed.
Also, do to the high demand of bulk herbs, spices, teas, and herbal combos we have had to limit our customers to 1/4lb. per item. We have also limited beans, rice, legumes, grains, dried fruit, nuts, and other things we bag to 2 packages per item, per customer.
We don't like to have to limit people on what they can buy, but under the circumstance we want to make sure there is enough stuff to go around for everyone. It is important to us that everyone has the opportunity to get what they need, as we have had our own challenges in getting products.
MONDAY MARCH 23, 2020
Starting today and on going, we will be offering curbside service for all our customers that need anything from the store and don't feel comfortable being in a public place at this time. Just simply call the store (928)537-1711 and place an order with any of our staff. You can pay with a credit card over the phone, write a check, or pay with cash. We are willing to help in any way we can.

We are so grateful and thank you all for your support and look forward to continuing to be a service for the community and are willing to help in anyway possible - We are all in this together!!!

What is the one thing that is constant? Its Change.
We would not grow or experience life without it. Sometimes we are uncertain of the purpose, but it is always for our higher good. I believe this is an opportunity for us all to STOP, TAKE TIME with our loved ones or by ourselves, and EMBRACE what life has to offer. To have more time to take care of ourselves and become more aware of our surrounding and an opportunity to get back to our "ROOTS" and experience LOVE at its fullest. Take time to BREATHE.

Hello Everyone!!!
It has been a while since we have been on to say anything. Sorry for not being in touch more often, we have been busy since taking over the shop on August 5th. We are really starting to get into the swing of things now. We have lots of new items and more coming. We are carrying the same things that Linda was carrying before but are continually expanding to bring you more items that you have requested and that we think would be nice to have available. We really appreciate our customers and the support they have shown to our family in welcoming us in this new adventure in our lives. Much love and thanks to you all!!! :)

There are some changes that are taking place at Sunshine Herbs. It is under New Ownership!!! David and Lisa Thrasher are so excited and blessed to have the opportunity to carry on a business that has been in our community for a long time. They are committed to continue the same awesome service and provide the products that you have grown to love and use for yourself and your family.
