🛠️ Workshop Wednesday 🛠️
A mid-week peek at the sawdust, sparks, and spaces where the magic happens. 🌿✨

For our very first behind-the-scenes look, we are stepping into the workspace of Jill from Avalon Acres! She is hard at work prepping a fresh batch of her incredible natural remedies for this Sunday's market.

Swipe through to see how her soothing Calendula Salve comes to life right here on the mountain:
The Harvest: It all starts with grinding vibrant, dried calendula blossoms in a mortar and pestle to release their natural goodness.

The Infusion: The blossoms are steeped in rich, unrefined organic jojoba oil to create a powerful, golden herbal infusion.

The Base: Pure bars of local beeswax and nourishing shea butter are melted down to give the salve its smooth, skin-loving texture.

The Pour: The golden liquid is poured fresh into individual tins on the cooling racks.

Ready for the Bench: Once cooled, they are neatly labeled, packed, and ready for your market basket!

Jill is also bottling up fresh batches of her holistic healing roller oils to keep you feeling your best. There is so much love, care, and intention poured into every single container.

But don't worry—you can still get your local shopping fix! Friday and Saturday, you can catch many of our incredible local makers at the Made on the Mountain Market. 🏔️✨
