SOUND ON. Y’all hear that? That’s the sound of our cattle grazing on a nutrient-rich pasture. Around here, we move our herd daily so they’re always getting fresh forage, and the land gets time to recover and regenerate. It’s better for the cattle and better for the soil. 🤙

There’s not much we appreciate more than the men and women who serve in our military. Today especially, we want to say thanks to all who made the ultimate sacrifice.

“Best meatball sub in America” is a bold statement… but knows good eats when she finds ‘em.

This sub is warm, saucy and loaded with melty cheese. We pile Chop Shop Persian meatballs onto Leidenheimer French bread with smoked garlic mayo, scratch marinara and plenty of cheese.

Available as a half or full sub and served up with beef tallow fried chips! ✌️

Hot pastrami is back, pard!

Thin-sliced pastrami grilled up with sauerkraut, melty Swiss cheese, and Russian dressing, all layered onto our cold-fermented sourdough.

Per usual, it comes served with beef tallow fried potato chips.
