My name is Jeanette Mladenka and I am finally doing what I have always wanted to do! I am teaching a cooking class for young professionals who have never learned to cook. There's a whole generation of young people who have grown up eating fast food, quick food and who have rarely sat down to "family dinner". Hi everyone and thanks for all the recent inquiries. I have moved to Baton Rouge where the food is great and the atmosphere is wonderful for cooking and developing new recipes and perfecting old ones! I am in the process of finding a venue for my classes here. I will repost when I am set up. In the meantime thanks for your patience!
