On December 12th, 2025, I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML)...We were given until May 2nd to live...but we are still waiting on one more vote...LOL... On May 1st 2026, my website .com will go Dark...We have had (2055) Order Numbers...divide that by 9 years...that equals 229 days a year that I was involved in someone’s Unique Louisiana Delicacy...We have been a very lucky small Unique Louisiana Delicacy...that is the old saying (a picture is worth a 1000 words)
