Dear Shrewsbury Boro School Parents,

We sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience surrounding today’s school lunch orders.

It appears there was an unexpected error with the ordering system. While some lunch orders were successfully processed, others unfortunately did not go through. We understand how important it is for your children to receive their lunches as planned, and we regret any disruption this may have caused.

Please know that we are actively investigating the issue with the ordering system to ensure this does not happen again in the future.

If there is ever an issue with your child’s lunch, please call us at the store and we will rectify the situation immediately.

Any accounts that experienced this issue today will not be charged and any lunch made and delivered after the fact will be free of charge as well.

In the meantime, we kindly ask that you resubmit your child’s lunch order for Tuesday by emailing it directly to [email protected]. We understand this extra step is inconvenient, and we truly appreciate your cooperation as we work to make sure all students receive their lunches tomorrow.
