The Meat Shop We are a 4th generation farm selling our own home grown, traditionally raised pork along with locally grown beef and craft meats. until 8 p.m.

The store is open Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. with Monday through Friday hours coming soon.

New this week are the South of the Border Bratwurst. Tons of flavor and a bit of heat, my favorite brat.

Also got arm roast fresh again this week.
They have the bone marrow bone in them and are an easy way to feed a lot of people.

New this week is the German Sausage

Little Smokey’s are fully in stock and I will have free samples of the lil Smokey’s on Saturday.

Potato sausage and smoked polish kielbasa and smoked brisket are all back.

Thanks to McLean Beef, the products all look perfect!

Coming new this week is a few different flavors of beef sticks.

Ranch, Habanero and Taco beef sticks.

Also smoked polished kielbasa will be available.

Finally with tailgating season here, I’ve ordered in some of Mc Leans lil smokies. These are truly one of my new favorites!

I’ll have some samples of the lil smokies out this week if you stop in you should give them a try!
