Hi Friends,
This week’s lineup has some really fun and unique seafood selections that we don’t get every day — and I’m especially excited about the monkfish and the halibut cheeks.
If you’ve never tried monkfish before, it’s often called the “poor man’s lobster” because of its firm, sweet texture. Our chef prepared it with a rich black garlic sauce that is absolutely incredible. And the halibut cheeks? They are one of the most tender, buttery cuts of fish you can get.
We also made a comforting Wild Mushroom Crab Soup that feels perfect for a cozy night, along with our housemade Crab Artichoke Spinach Dip that disappears fast every single time we make it.

Black Garlic Monkfish

This is hands down my favorite entrée this week. The monkfish has this rich, almost lobster-like texture, and the black garlic sauce is savory, slightly sweet, and incredibly comforting. If you’ve never tried monkfish before, this is the dish to start with!
