Country Market is a family owned and operated business at 1436 Hamilton Blvd., Sioux City, Iowa that started in 1986. in the four months we are there, 4th of July through Halloween in October. We grow and sell candy corn, tomatoes, watermelon, cantaloupe and muskmelon, cucumbers, many varieties of peppers, summer squash, zucchini, eggplant, potatoes, onions, and cabbage. Most of the vegetables are organically grown. At our stand we even offer many of our specialty homemade soaps, jams, honey, and more! We also have an obsession with plants so you will find a variety of house plants and succulents in recycled pots/anything that can hold a plant successfully. The last and most important thing that is sold exclusively at Country Market is Becky's world famous banana bread. Angels have gifted Becky with the most impeccable bread baking skills and she makes bread in a variety of flavors (zucchini, chocolate zucchini, rhubarb, peach, apple pie, pumpkin). We are open every day of the week and pick enough corn to last all day. Especially if there is severe lightning....we are literally a tent standing under a very large metal pole so lightning poses a very real threat to our safety. Hours we are open*:

*We will close if the weather is dangerous. If the forecast says it is going to rain all day in the fall and be very cold, we also may close. We may close early if we sell out of a lot of items, but we never close more than an hour or so early.
