As we head into the deep summertime, produce is abundant and our vendors are ramping up to meet your needs! Some of our vendor folks show up as early as 4 or 5am!
Most of us catch a little boost from our market coffee vendors. Without them, there may not be a market 😅
Is there anything better than a cup of fresh, locally roasted coffee??!
Aromatic, flavorful and thoughtfully prepared, some might say it’s part of their daily ritual ☕️

Parable Coffee Co. joined the Falls Park Farmers Market in the summer of 2020. As a family run and faith driven company, the Wollman family strives to operate with honest, ethical practices, including sourcing their coffee beans from small producers worldwide and paying fairly for it.
They got their start by vending at Farmers Markets from the back of their truck, often roasting on site! 😋
As their business grew, so did the interest of local coffee lovers, and the rest (they say) is history!
All their specialty coffees are small batch roasted, creating balance and full flavor for the coffee crowd within Sioux Falls and beyond!
The family have become experts in their craft and offer guidance through brew guides, wholesale opportunities, and even equipment and knowledge to make your own successful brew, through their website at www.parablecoffeeco.com 😊

Logan Gran, Owner/Founder/Cookie Engineer 🍪 describes herself as a Cookie Artist, a Flavor Creator 😋
As an educated engineer by trade, Logan combined precision, creativity 🤓 and love for baking to created custom and themed cookies to celebrate life moments with something sweet and beautiful as they are delicious!

Logan is able to craft amazing logo cookies 🤯 to serve businesses, client gifts, events and branding with impressive accuracy in many delicious flavors!
She offers classic sugar cookies and seasonal varieties like s’mores, strawberry lemonade and pumpkin spice 🎃

Every batch is handcrafted with care and attention to detail!
