Reminder: We are open today (10 AM - 2 PM) for special Memorial Weekend extended hours.

We cut more fresh steaks for all looking to grill a steak for sunny and beautiful next two days and coming week. We have 1 package of beef kabobs and 4 packages of chicken kabobs left out of the 120 packages of kabobs the team made to kick off kabob season.

Note - If you want Kabobs next couple weeks we recommend placing order in advance as normally the demand is lower after holiday weekend so we try to anticipate number to make best we can.

Memorial Weekend is quickly approaching, and we've already seen an uptick in guests at the shop including additional hours Sunday (10 AM - 2 PM),

We just wanted to remind everyone both 35 north and 35 south-bound lanes are open even with Siren's roads starting construction!

Besides normal holiday weekend traffic, it's not bad navigating through town. If you're looking for alternative options, we've included some maps below.

We also wanted to let everyone know that we are restocked with our patties in time for the weekend! We have Ground Beef, Farmer's Blend, Apple Cider, Firehouse, Breakfast Sausage and Brat patties all ready and on sale for $7.49/pkg!
