It’s almost Back to School time! We’ve got tons of great recipe ideas on our website for easy and delicious recipes to pack up for lunch or have ready to welcome them home!

Here’s one you can try next! A Mac-a-Taco!

Ingredients

1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
1-1/2 c. water
1/2 c. TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
8 TACO BELL® Crunchy Taco Shells
1/2 c. KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
Directions:

1. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Add Macaroni, water, salsa and Cheese Sauce Mix; mix well. Bring to boil. Cook on medium-low heat 15 min., stirring occasionally.

2. Spoon into taco shells.

3. Top evenly with shredded cheese and tomatoes.
