FALVO’S is an old fashioned family run butcher shop offering a large selection of USDA Choice, USDA Prime beef and Grade A poultry located just outside of Albany, NY. We custom process all of our sausages, ground meats, our delicious meatballs, Italian dinners and have been doing so since 1974. We have the Capital Region’s best Delmonico (Prime Rib Eye), NY Strip, and Beef Tenderloin (Filet Mignon

) steaks that are all to die for, as well as Pork, Poultry and Free Range Chickens. We offer many types of quality meats for your family’s budget from Family Paks (for the freezer) or Whole Pork Loins (cut up any way you like) to Whole NY Strips and Whole Beef Tenderloins (cut into steaks or roasts and trimmed). We are overwhelmed with the love and support you have shown us for the past 24 hours and over the last 30 years.
Our customers are what built our business and for that we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
We will be open tomorrow during our normal hours, 9-6, then Falvo’s will be temporarily closed until September while the new management gets everything settled and ready to serve you.

For the last 30 years we have been proud to be your butcher. We are grateful for each and every one of of customers.
It is now time for Joe and Pat to enjoy a retirement they very much deserve!
Beginning tomorrow June 2, Falvo’s will be under new management. You will still see Joe for the next few Fridays and Saturdays to help make it a smooth transition for all of our customers.
Gift Certificates that have already been purchased will still be honored.

We continue to take important measures in ensuring our employees and customers safety. We are asking that all customers entering the store to please have a face mask or face covering.

In addition we would also like to remind everyone to please be patient with us during this time and please allow us to contact you when orders are ready to be picked up. We promise, we will call you when the orders are ready 😊

At this time we are no longer taking orders for Family Packs, but will update this page once we resume.
