The Johnston family wishes to extend its deepest sympathies to the Bass and Carrol family as well as the congregation of Malvern Baptist Church as they mourn the loss of Mrs. Debbie Bass. As early newlywed neighbors so many years ago and cousins, our family can attest to the great loss of light in the world as Debbie passes into eternal glory. A sweet soul who was devoted to her family and church, the entire Malvern community it seems is somehow affected by this. Where we find great sorrow, we also find a life well-lived. Our thoughts, prayers, and love are with you during this time.
Updated to add: Though shocking, we will not comment on the cause of death due to our own uncertainty and at the respect of the family’s privacy. Thank you all so much for your kind words, prayers, thoughts, and comments.

Due to Ben E. Keith not producing Kelley hams this Easter season, our supply on ham is extremely limited and will be first come/call, first serve. We deeply apologize as we know many of you have depended on us throughout the years for MANY holidays to get your ham from us- our disappointment for not being able to effectively serve our wonderful customers is great. All hams will be DL Lee hams and even those are few. Thank you ALL for supporting our small business. Call us for all ham and Easter reservations.
