Hello and happy Friday everyone! We’ve got some great stuff in the store for you this weekend. We still have lots of heirloom and cherry tomatoes, jujubes, and figs. We have also have an abundance of delicious sweet apples. We grow some of them here on the farm, and some or them are from Apple Hill. The store smells delicious right now!

Jujubes!! They’re ready for you! Jujubes are an ancient superfruit that have been used in Chinese medicine for centuries. Packed with vitamins and minerals, jujubes are believed to have numerous health benefits. Snack on them plain, cut them up for your yogurt or salad, bake with them, or brew them into tea. You won’t find these just anywhere!

Jujubes!!! Maybe you’ve heard of them? Maybe you’ve tried them? We have them coming soon from our orchard right here on the farm!

Jujubes have been part of traditional Chinese medicine for centuries. They are full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.*

Right now on our tree they look a bit like tiny green apples. They will dry on the tree, so that when we pick and sell them they resemble reddish brown dates. They are mildly sweet and offer a wealth of potential health benefits! They are packed with vitamin C and potassium. In traditional Chinese medicine, jujubes are used to treat anxiety and insomnia, and are believed to help decrease the risk of certain cancers.*

🍅 TOMATOES! 🍅 In case you haven’t heard, it’s tomato time! And look at them! Beautiful and delicious. Whether you like them perfectly round and red (Early Girl tomatoes!) or lumpy and multicolored (heirloom tomatoes!) or little and cute (cherry tomatoes!) we’ve got them! Grown here, vine-ripened, picked fresh.

And don’t forget we offer bulk quantities of our “imperfect” tomatoes for canning!
