First market of the season sure was a great one. Huge thank you to all of our amazing customers who came to shop the market floor today. Supporting local flower growers is the best way to have the freshest blooms possible.

8-10 growers will be at the market each Wednesday in June, July and August from 9am-1pm .creative 105 Ave A right in historic downtown Snohomish.

Be on the lookout next week for a fun opportunity to bring home a bouquet!

🌸 The wait is over! Our first Snohomish County Flower Collective market of the season is this Wednesday! 🌸

Join us June 3rd from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM and shop the freshest local flowers grown by flower farmers right here in Snohomish County and surrounding counties. From early summer favorites to specialty blooms you won’t find just anywhere, every stem is harvested with care and brought straight from our fields to the market.

Whether you’re a florist, designer, event professional, or simply a flower lover, this is your chance to support local growers and enjoy the best of the season.

Thanks for the welcome Snohomish Chamber of Commerce

Join us in welcoming SnoCo FloCo (Snohomish County Flower Collective) to the Chamber! They are a community-driven network of local flower farmers established in 2023 dedicated to growing and promoting seasonal, sustainably grown blooms in Snohomish, Island, Skagit and King Counties at our 42 members farms. Their mission is to support small-scale growers, strengthen the local floral economy, and connect our community to the beauty and value of locally grown flowers.

Through collaborative pop-up markets, educational events, and partnerships with local businesses, SnoCoFloco creates accessible opportunities for residents to purchase fresh, locally grown flowers directly from the people who cultivate them. They also provide resources and support for emerging growers, helping to foster the next generation of flower farmers in our region.

I hope you think of them anytime you need fresh flowers!

🌿 SnoCo FloCo Farmer Friday!!

🌸 Meet Jenny, of Bellagio’s Backyard Farm. What started with planting fruit trees around her home has blossomed into something truly special. Jenny’s journey into farming began unknowingly—first with a pumpkin patch, then a sunflower field, and before long, a flourishing cut flower garden complete with two thriving honeybee hives. 🐝

🌻 Bellagio’s Backyard Farm is named after Jenny’s beloved Italian Greyhound, Bellagio, who was by her side through it all. Though he has since passed, he continues to watch over the garden, a lasting part of the farm’s story and spirit.

💐 Jenny’s goal is to bring awareness to the importance of buying and supporting local farmers. Not only do you get fresher, longer-lasting blooms, but it’s also better for the environment and helps create stronger, more resilient communities.

🌳 From fruit trees to flowers, Jenny has cultivated a place where beauty and bounty grow side by side. ✨
