Today, we hosted a Lower Shore Environmental Literacy Network meeting with the Maryland Coastal Bays Program. These meetings are designed to bring formal and non-formal environmental educators, local and state agencies, cultural resources, higher education, and otherwise interested sectors together to construct and improve upon outdoor education programs for the lower shore. Attendees got a tour of Baywater and an exclusive look at our new nursery site, with some great info from Dan at Fallen Pine Oyster Company.
