Creekside Fresh Pickings We open in the spring with Strawberries. We offer in season produce & dipped homemade ice cream made here on the farm at our stand. Local honey & more.

We are a family owned and operated produce farm located in Snow Hill, NC in Greene County. Our farm is situated right off the Contentnea Creek. We opened our farm stand summer 2015. "We plant the seed but God produces the harvest." (I Corinthians 3:7) Most of our produce is grown here on the farm. We have homemade ice cream made here on the farm and jams, pickles, syrups, butters, honey, pecans

and more. In the spring we offer pick-your-own strawberry patches and pre-picked berries daily and wagon rides around the farm. In the fall we have hay rides, pumpkins, a maze and more. "Poppy's Pecan Shed" located here on the farm where we buy, sell and shell pecans opens in October.

We would like to thank everyone for your support over the past 4 years. Unfortunately Creekside Fresh Pickings will be closing 2019🍓. Our family will miss seeing all of you at our farm stand. We are not sure of future plans for the farm at this time but after much discussion following the flooding and storms this fall we made this difficult decision. At this time we will continue to carry all our jams, pickles, syrups, and honey at Sticks and More in Snow Hill and at
Poppy's Pecan Shed located on the farm where we sell and shell pecans. The Farmhouse will still be available to rent for events year round and Poppy’s Pecan Shed will remain open late October through January yearly. For pecans or canned goods you may call anytime and we will be happy to meet you at the Pecan Shed during off seasons when the shed is closed. Thanks again for all your support and pray each of you have an amazing “2019”.

As we enter this holiday shopping season, we know that you have a choice where you purchase gifts. We hope that you will consider shopping at the local brick and mortar shops in our community.
