Changing gears from hunting season. Now onto Beef and Pigs. We survived the biggest family butchering of our time this weekend everyone enjoyed themselves and have full freezers at home to feed their families. This is what we love to do and knowing we are able to help others is all we need.

Wow what a hunting season or as we see it a Bologna/Jerky making deer season it has been. We are a day or two behind to post the 2020 Heavy Weight Challenge Winner.......

Congratulations goes out to Pete Stania of Snow Shoe, PA his buck weighed in at 143.2 lbs. Pete had no idea we had a challenge so what a nice surprise that was.

Let us know if you have any ideas for what challenge we should think of for 2021.

One deer ready for vacuum packing. This picture is not including the 10lbs of jerky and the 10 lbs of bologna that went with this one. Look at those chipped steaks for cheesesteaks yummy!

Just amazed with how many meals you get from one deer.
