We are hiring for two job openings...
a full-time pastry chef/baker and a part-time retail position. We’re heading into our busy season and looking for energetic people to join our growing business.

Full-time Pastry Chef/Baker - We have a full-time position available in our scratch bakery and retail local foods store. We are looking for a person who is adaptable, responsible, and a team player, interested in growing with us. Job responsibilities include pastry, cookie & bread production, and morning bake off. Bakery experience preferred. Must be available to work Saturdays.

Part-time Retail Sales Position - Job duties include customer service, store restocking, POS transactions, food packaging and general store tasks. Assistance is also needed with creative social media marketing and some administrative duties.

We are looking for individuals with overall culinary interest, and able to adapt to daily store needs in a team-oriented environment.

Must be available to work Saturdays.

We are excited to offer a special order for whole frozen chickens from Three Sisters Farm, a small family farm in Clarence. Perfect for a roasted chicken dinner, and making stocks and soups. Make room in your freezers and stock up for the fall/winter season.

These pasture raised chickens are freedom rangers which are exceptional foragers and produce chicken with great fat quality. Their size and carcass balance is also much nicer than the traditional Cornish cross. Plus, they have been fed certified organic feed. The average weight is 4 to 4.5 lb.
 (Note: The neck is on the bird, and heart and liver are included in the cavity)

Price: $7.25/lb.
