Are you getting enough fiber in your diet? Beans are an excellent source of fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals. What makes Eden so special is that they include kombu seaweed into their beans, making the beans more digestible. Not to mention, the quality is noticeable.

Benefits of eating enough fiber (at least 25g is recommended for adults) are stabilized blood sugar, lower cholesterol, improvement in gut microbiome, lower risk of colon cancer and increased satiety. It is important to note, the best way to increase fiber in your diet is to start slow that way your body can get used to it and to avoid gas and bloating.
