Fried pimento balls for an appetizer

Red Snapper served over a dirty rice with fried green tomatoes, hush puppies, topped with a cream sauce. Yummy! I'll have most of the seafood stocked by store opening!

Good morning!!!!!! I am off to Alabama today to pick up seafood while Tony will be running the store for you.

Not only are we getting seafood today but our one of our frozen food trucks will be getting delivered, your favorite bread and donut delivery has already arrived, AND Coke is delivering some Bang energy drinks!

It's going to be a busy day here at Infatuated Discounts and Southfork Fish .CO.

Cobia! The fish is cobia.

It is very very mild fish. If you typically stay clear of those fishier smelling fish then this one is a good one for you to try. It's firm and holds its shape well. Kind of like spoonbill is. This would make a great frying fish.

Everything but the lemons, onions, and asparagus came from our store Infatuated Discounts or from our garden. Total spent was for four people was just $25. Not too shabby for a meal that tasted like a high end restaurant quality meal AND included fish as it's protein.

Ingredients that we used were Le Sauce Co. White wine lemon garlic sauce, some kind of Italian made pasta (that we pulled out of the store a while ago), cobia fish Filets (just $9.99/lb in the store), basil, Italian parsley, onions, cherry tomatoes, asparagus, and squash.
